Returns / Exchanges
Please make sure that each item is custom made and we try our best to provide detailed descriptions with photos of our products and therefore we do not accept refunds. We do offer exchanges for any other(s) items in our shop of equal or greater value or coupon codes in the value of an item. For the exchange to be accepted we need to be notified within 3 days from receiving the package, after that no exchanges will be made. Also exchange items must be in their original condition, not worn, damaged etc. You will be responsible for return shipping fees on any exchanges.
If the item comes damaged, please notify us withing 3 days of receiving the package and and provide with the proof of the faulty/damaged item in a form of a photo – in this case the refund can be made.
All of the items – excluding wooden props – are sent with Track and Trace. Once the package is sent we are not responsible if it gets lost or arrived damaged. All the packages are sent via either Polish Post or Irish Post depending on the location we are at when the order is made.
If it does get lost and you dont receive within the specified time, please email us asap as we need to fill out a claim form with the post office and wait for their response before we can refund any money, depending on the claim result. Please be aware the post office takes up to 3 months to investigate the claim and look for the package so be patient.
If you fail to collect your parcel from your local post office and it then gets returned to us as ‘unclaimed’, you will need to repay the postage to have it resent.
